What about those with corn allergies?

Corn is an ingredient that causes gray hair in many allergy sufferers. It is one of the most common raw materials used in the food industry; largely because of its affordability. Corn is completely replaceable with other ingredients. In the list of ingredients, corn is often indicated under hidden names, which means that it is difficult for the consumer to detect it in the product. Most sweets contain corn or its derivatives, even if it is not directly stated in the ingredients.

YumEarth sweets and lollipops have plenty of options for people with corn allergies.

Ascorbic acid is deceptive for those with a corn allergy, as it is unfortunately mostly made from corn glucose. The ascorbic acid used in YumEarth products is of natural origin - it is obtained from citrus fruits. Citric acid, on the other hand, is the most typical source of corn. The citric acid in YumEarth sweets is made from beet sugar.

Of our products, only the sour Sour Beans sweets contain corn starch.
