DELIVERY METHODS AND PROMISE
Fast and reliable delivery
The Bio365 online store is known for its fast and reliable deliveries. You can choose from all Posti collection points and parcel machines operating in Finland.
Delivery promise
We try to send the products within the same day of the order on weekdays. We process orders in order of arrival, within one business day. We ship the order on the same business day if the order is received before 2:00 p.m. Weekend orders are shipped on Mondays.
Depending on the work situation in the warehouse, the processing speed may be faster or slower than indicated. If the order contains products that are not in stock at the time of the order, we will contact you to agree on the delivery of the products.
Delivery methods
For domestic deliveries, we use Posti deliveries to a parcel machine or home delivery. See prices below.
Posti Parkettautomatti or collection from the parcel machine point of your choice €4.90 incl. VAT 24% and orders over €80 free of charge.
The price of home delivery is €9.90.
Parcel machine/Pick-up point
Your order will be delivered to the Posti parcel machine/office of your choice. In order to choose the desired office / parcel point, you must write the order confirmation in the box at the bottom of the page about the place of delivery of the package you wish. Please note that the logistics company can change the pick-up point to another nearby pick-up point when the parcel machine is full.
Home delivery
We revamped home delivery to fit your everyday life. Choose a delivery time, follow the transport on the map and tell the driver about your wishes. The renewed home delivery currently works in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere, Turku and Oulu.
You will be notified of the shipment's arrival by text message and e-mail. The arrival notification contains the PIN code, which is entered into the parcel machine when picking up the package. After the package leaves our warehouse, its delivery time is normally 1–2 business days, to the northernmost Finland 2–3 business days. The shipment is stored in the parcel machine for 7 days.
Notes on deliveries
The products will not be post-delivered to the company's invoice. You will receive a confirmation of the order we have processed by e-mail. We reserve the right to send small shipments as a letter to your home. We reserve the right to send shipments larger than the maximum dimensions of the parcel machine to the post office.
Bio365.fi is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond bio365.fi's control, such as war, natural disasters, export or import bans, an official decision, disruption of public traffic or other similar events that complicate the operation of the bio365.fi online store, or preventive action.
Order confirmation
After a successful order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. You will also receive a notification and your package's tracking number by email and/or text message when your order has been shipped.

Activate Posti's OmaPosti mobile application. In the application, you can track your shipment and choose your preferred pick-up location. Download the OmaPosti app to your smartphone from your phone's app store.
When you enter your e-mail address when placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number in your e-mail. You can follow the shipment on the website posti.fi/lahetytenseuranta.
