It adapts the body's functions to the prevailing situation. Adaptogens are very comfortable to use and they affect many body mechanisms at the same time adapting the body.
Adaptogens are recommended as a course, in which case the body does not get too used to the adaptogen's mechanism of action.

RECOMMENDED USE
Pour 3 g of coffee (one teaspoon) into 150 ml of hot water (max. 80°C) and stir. Drink 2-3 times a day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot replace a varied diet.
The product should not be used if you are taking blood pressure medication or diabetes medication. Do not use on children, pregnant or lactating women.
