WHY TRIBULUS?
Tribulus terrestris is an ancient herbal plant. It has been used especially in China, but it originally comes from the Mediterranean. The plant has effects on hormone function and muscle strength.
Tribulus terrestris increases the production of luteinizing hormone (LH) by the pituitary gland. Luteinizing hormone, on the other hand, regulates the production of testosterone in the testicles.
Testosterone:
-increases muscle strength and helps in growing muscles
- accelerates recovery from sports performances
In women, Tribulus terrestris promotes the formation of testosterone in the adrenal cortex. Tribulus terrestris promotes sexual desire in women whose lack of desire is caused by hormonal factors. Tribulus can be useful during menopause to balance hormonal fluctuations.
WHY REISHI?
Reishi, i.e. lacquer dwarf, is a mushroom that also grows in southern Finland and has been used for thousands of years to treat various ailments in Chinese medicine. Reishi is an adaptogen. It adapts the body's functions to the prevailing situation. Adaptogens are very comfortable to use and they affect many body mechanisms at the same time adapting the body.
Adaptogens are recommended as a course, in which case the body does not get too used to the mechanism of action of the adaptogen.

RECOMMENDED USE
Pour 3 g of coffee (one teaspoon) into 150 ml of hot water (max. 80°C) and stir. Drink 2-3 times a day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot replace a varied diet.
The product should not be used if you are taking blood pressure medication or diabetes medication. Do not use on children, pregnant or lactating women.
