Diffusion: Add 1-2 drops to the diffuser and enjoy the aromatic effect. Strong camphor-like eucalyptus scent that cleans the air and respiratory tract. To make breathing easier, you can also add a few drops to a bowl of hot water for steam inhalation.
Oral: No studied benefit when taken internally, so not recommended.
To apply to the skin: Can be rubbed into the skin heavily diluted in vegetable oil or moisturizer.
