Diffusion: A fresh menthol scent that freshens the air, stimulates the body and relieves motion sickness. More pleasant when used in synergy with other essential oils.
By mouth: One drop in a sugar cube or a spoonful of honey after a meal to support digestion.
To apply to the skin: Can be rubbed into the skin, strongly diluted in vegetable oil. Use with caution due to its "freezing" effect.
