This nutritional supplement is made from plant extracts, vitamins and essential minerals: Zinc, selenium and vitamin B8 contribute to maintaining normal hair, and copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation. Zinc and selenium contribute to normal nails. Vitamin B6 promotes the normal synthesis of cysteine, an amino acid that plays an important role in keratin formation.

USE: Take 2 tablets a day during lunch with water. Take 3 months to optimize the effect of the product. Preferably take it in late summer, because that's when hair loss is most common.
