USE:
6 tablets a day with plenty of water, preferably half an hour before a meal. Start using it in moderation and increase the dosage slowly.
The use of adaptogenic products is recommended in cycles. For example, use it for three weeks and take a break of the same length.
Do not exceed the recommended doses during the day. A nutritional supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
