Melatonin, commonly called the "sleep hormone" or "hormone of darkness," is naturally produced by the brain during the night. It plays an essential role in synchronizing the body clock at dusk (internal circadian rhythm). Its secretion regularly decreases with age from the teenage years until it is only 10% of its original level at the age of 70**.
It is widely recognized by the scientific community that melatonin is involved in shortening the time it takes to fall asleep. It also helps reduce the effects of jet lag. Melatonin Complex contains 1.5 mg of melatonin, i.e. an effective recommended dose that helps shorten the time to fall asleep and minimize the effects of jet lag. This formula is complemented by vitamin B6, known for its fatigue-reducing effect, and lemon honey extract, which contributes to the maintenance of healthy sleep and optimal relaxation.
USE: Take 1 tablet as needed in the evening before going to bed with a large glass of water. To reduce the effects of jet lag, take 1 tablet before going to bed on the first day of travel and for several days after arriving at your destination.
