COCOA chocolate is made by cold-pressing unroasted cocoa beans in a process lasting more than 60 hours, in which the beans are ground at low temperatures (<45 ºC). This method keeps the live enzymes in the cocoa and removes the fat (cocoa butter). It also ensures optimal preservation of all cocoa's valuable antioxidants and polyphenols.

What is organic erythritol and why is it used?
Organic erythritol is the only EU-approved sweetener in organic products. It is the only completely organic sweetener with an EU ready food permit.
Organic erythritol is produced by a natural process by fermenting organic fruit, yeast and/or corn starch. As an osmoprotectant produced by microorganisms, it is an ideal substitute for sucrose and may be more suitable, for example, for diabetics or overweight people due to its almost zero calorie content.
