When you buy individual ingredients, you can actually be sure that you are avoiding additives or sugars that are found in large quantities in finished products. Try making your own granola with this easy and delicious recipe.

INGREDIENTS
300 gr organic oatmeal
50 gr shelled sunflower seeds
50 g chopped raw walnuts
50 g chopped pecans
50 g sliced raw almonds
20 g coconut flakes
2 tsp Ground flaxseeds
2 teaspoons wheat germ
1 tsp EVAH Essentials | Maca & Lucuma
3 tablespoons coconut oil
3 teaspoons maple syrup
3 teaspoons brown sugar
100 g dried cranberries (or/or any dried fruit)
a pinch of salt
GUIDE
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until completely combined.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Then let it cool and enjoy over yogurt or a smoothie.
